OUR STORY
Ruth Moser
Founder
Ruth was born and grew up in Basel, Switzerland and has a Fine Arts degree from Farnham and later completed an MA in Textile Design at Bath Spa University.
She moved to Bath in 1991 where she continues to live and pursue her career as an artist and textile designer.
Roseberry Road Studios was set up by Ruth in May 2023 along with Calum Mackenzie and Caspar Curtis-Mackenzie with a shared vision to create a vibrant arts centre as an important contribution to Bath‘s cultural life and local community.
‘’I have been involved in this wonderful building at Roseberry Road for 25 years. Before the studios, The Woodworks Project was based here, a charity set up by my husband to give the disadvantaged the opportunity to learn new skills in upholstery and carpentry. Helping the community through the arts and crafts, together with my own creative work, are my two passions in life.’’
