Events
Our events programme is best described as diverse, everything from club nights where you can grab a drink from the bar and hit the dance floor for hours, to quiet contemplation on your yoga mat with our resident yoga teacher on Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings.
We have our own in-house events but also hire out one of the many spaces here to outside organisations and local businesses with the emphasis on enriching experience, the environment and inclusion.

Reuben’s Daughters
Leylanding, the second Reuben's Daughters album, finds the UK singer/songwriter Reuben Myles Tyghe pushing the sound of his 2022 debut LP Mami Wata into new and fascinating places – recalling The Sea and Cake's airy post-rock sonics, the wooly chamber-pop of Super Furry Animals godhead Gruff Rhys, and The Beta Band's more acoustic moments, the music is psychedelic, progressive indie-folk that holds no allegiance to any one genre or current scene and aspires to be grounded in musical integrity and exchange.
Tyghe and his six piece band – who all made contributions to the new record – return to their home-city of Bath to release Leylanding after a busy summer and autumn of appearances at UK festivals and touring.

Follow The Sun
Follow The Sun is an artist based in Bath whose musical performances use of live sampling adheres to a belief in live and organic music, which in contrast is processed through the rigor and limitations of the loop machine. He likens his musical outlet to the mindset of an inventor, researcher, or mad scientist whose development of work is in part, for an understanding of reality.

Ravetank
Ravetank is a lo-fi Indie project from the mind of Nathan Howard. Covering a wide variety of genres from Folk through to Noise Pop, and to Sound Collage that is filtered through a home produced DIY ethos. This night will feature a very rare return to the solo acoustic setup that was the foundation for Ravetank's earlier works.

Pasha Finn & The Ellipsis
Pasha Finn & The Ellipsis is a folk band based around Bristol & Bath and they have played all over the UK. Pasha is a contemporary singer songwriter with subtly gentle vocals and a soft, intricate finger picking style. The part harmonies, acoustic melodies and ethereal accompaniments

Fela Dakota
Fela Dakota is a trapeze artist of the 3am thoughts that began as a solo project that has slowly morphed into a 3 piece. Now enhanced with cello and electric guitarist, you can find the sonics weaving in and out of the rooms punctuating the poetic lyrics

Richard Black
Richard Black writes psychedelic pop that is equal parts colorful and optimistic as beguiling and arresting. An authentic approach to production is applied in the studio – 4-track recordings underpin the work, whereas live in solo guise, the core fundamentals of songwriting that stems from lyricism first comes to light.

FilmBath | Move Ya Body
FilmBath | Move Ya Body: The Birth of House + Leap & Dance Party
A celebration of the new sound that emerged from the underground clubs of Chicago’s South Side, which sparked a global movement of joy, freedom and radical togetherness.
Just as disco was collapsing amidst a fiery backlash, young Chicagoan Vince Lawrence embarked on a journey that would change music history. From his father’s record store to the underground clubs of the South Side, Vince and a group of visionary friends experimented with drum machines and synthesizers, crafting a revolutionary new sound: house music. Elegance Bratton’s joyous film is an electrifying tribute to the pioneers who turned a local scene into a worldwide phenomenon. With rare archival footage and vibrant interviews, the film chronicles how house music transcended genre trappings to become a movement of liberation, unity and pure, undiluted bliss.
After the film, don’t let the night end, the room will turn into a chill out space created by Polymathic with a stunning VJ set of generative visuals and real-time effects from DataRav3, transforming the venue into a living digital canvas. Next door the Leap & Dance Party kicks off with live DJ sets inspired by the film, weaving in house grooves to carry you through until late.
DJ sets from Dave Forde, Simon WHYD?, and Maff Scott (The Egg)
Join us for an immersive blend of cinema, cutting-edge visuals and dancefloor energy—an unmissable one-night celebration of club culture’s power to inspire, unite and heal.
Watch the film then join us afterwards for local DJs playing house music. A ticket for the film gives you access to the party afterwards!
Presented in collaboration with Polymathic and Leap and Dance.

(guitar) and Mitchell Corrigan (synths & vocals) are now based in South London.

This mesh of genres comes through in their brain bending compositions and mind melting
live performances.
GAWS
Bristol-based post-punk band gaws fuse blues and psychedelia with the frentic energy of
The White Stripes, the inventiveness of Queens of the Stone Age, and the immersion of Pink
Floyd. Known for their loud, emotionally charged live shows, they've played packed headline
shows in Bristol and London, topped Moles Fest 23, and appeared at festivals including
Outer Town and Dot to Dot.
After a pause in 2024, gaws return in 2025 with bigger shows and new studio recordings.
Praised as "an almighty post punky racket" (Joyzine) and "an adrenaline-fuelled affair with
intoxicating energy (TuneFountain), they are set to pick up exactly where they left off.
PitFeeders
PitFeeders are an aggy, hard rock, two piece from Bath, who bring total mayhem to any room they play. The shows are just as much
about the performance as they are about the music and the energy is chaotic and LOUD. If you’re hungry for a crazy night of riffs and
catastrophe, then look no further than the PitFeeders for your meal. PitFeeders are ffo: Cleopatrick, Rage Against the Machine and Soft
Play.

Gopherit
Two special shows have been organised at Roseberry Road Studios in Bath to raise both funds and awareness for the work of Cancer Research UK. These fundraising events showcase performances from four emerging local DJs and bands, while supporting the UK charity’s mission to improve cancer survival rates.
The events are organised by a 22-year-old Bath-born musician Tom Andrews who is currently completing a master’s degree in Commercial Music at Bath Spa University. Alongside playing drums in multiple Bath and Bristol-based projects — including Sober Sundays, GAWS, Stay Lunar, and Badlands — he run's gopherit events, which launched in March to bring live music shows to Bath.
After witnessing a close friend begin cancer treatment, Tom felt compelled to contribute to the fight against the disease. Partnering with Cancer Research UK offered a meaningful way to make an impact while championing local music.
Tom says: "Following the ethos of all gopherit events productions, the shows feature emerging alternative-genre artists from the local area. Roseberry Road Studios, a vibrant new community art space, provides the perfect venue."
James Carlin from Roseberry Road Studios says: “We’re delighted to partner with a young local promoter like Tom to raise funds for such an important cause. Our aim here is to provide a platform for creative talent in Bath while making a positive difference in the local community and this event is the perfect fit. Come down on Friday and discover some incredible new music.”
The first show, held on Saturday 9th August, raised over £150. Local DJ and bluehue. record label founder JB Hain opened the night with a powerful EDM/garage set, followed by an intimate performance from Bath/Bristol-based Paper Crowns — a post-punk/jazz group that became one of the first live bands to ever play at Roseberry Road Studios. The evening was met with an overwhelmingly positive reception.
The second event will also take place at Roseberry Road Studios on Friday 15th August, with doors opening at 7:30pm. The line-up includes alternative electronic duo Auxterror, and local band Spiderhoney, whose unique sound blends influences from Courtney Barnett, English Teacher, and Fontaines D.C. Entry is free, with donations to Cancer Research UK encouraged at the door.
Those unable to attend but wishing to support the cause can donate via the event’s GoFundMe page: https://gofund.me/9bd221bc
