Yoga at Roseberry - SEPTEMBER

September Yoga Sessions

Book a place on our affordable yoga sessions at Roseberry Road Studios, led by Bath based teacher Judi Bowers. We offer an inclusive, large and bright riverside space in which to move, breath and unwind.

All yoga sessions are Flow unless stated otherwise. Flow yoga, often called Vinyasa Flow, is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath to movement, transitioning smoothly between poses rather than holding them for long periods. Often described as "meditation in motion," it builds strength, flexibility, and endurance while calming the mind through focused, rhythmic breathing.

For all regular Sunday morning (Flow) , Monday morning (Gentle), and Tuesday evening (Flow) yoga sessions, book HERE or click the button above.

• £8 per normal session/ £7 concession
• Book early to avoid disappointment!
• Please bring your own mat if possible
• No refunds

*Judi is also available to teach 1:1 sessions and private group session

Shelley is an experienced Sound Therapist and musician. She runs regular piano baths, floating sound baths, gongbaths and 1:1 healing sessions in the Bristol/Bath area and has played sessions at festivals in the UK, Corfu and Frankfurt.

Disclaimer
If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy we would advise that you wait until the 2nd to come to a Gongbath. And when you are heavily pregnant, definitely come and make the most of the relaxation for your body - your baby will love it too! If you have a pacemaker please let us know and, if you have never experienced sound before we would advise you to start gently on the edge of the group.
